A Trade Show Banner – reducing your workload, not your foot traffic

If you have a limited budget to spend on trade show accessories, then you should consider a promotional trade show banner and a retractable banner stand. A durable vinyl banner will promote your product in a professional manner and can be customized with a text image, your logo or a photographic backdrop. A trade show banner won’t break your bank but it will show your customers that you are serious about delivering top quality. Marketing doesn’t have to be expensive; it just needs to be direct and articulate. Banners do exactly this.

A trade show banner doubles as a booth from which you can operate. Your banner will separate your table from the tables behind you and to the sides. This is important, because once you have customers at your booth you want to keep them there as long as possible. When they are in the confines of your booth space you are more likely to hold their attention and talk with them about your products and services for a longer period of time, than if they are hovering outside in the walkway.

Trade show banners are easy to set up, taking only between ten and fifteen minutes from start to finish. It always amazes me when I see exhibitors showing up late to shows and still setting up their booths when there is traffic already in the convention center. This type of unprofessional behavior sends the wrong message to clients.

When choosing the graphics for your trade show banner, you should consider who you are and what you're trying to say. Sometimes a simple plain banner with your company logo can say it all, and sometimes you want to be a little flashier with more text and images. It all depends on what your company represents and what you're trying to sell. Either way, banners are cost and space effective.
